Delivery & Shipping Policy

Digital services only

FluidRWA supplies digital services, including vendor membership review, directory profiles, profile visibility, editorial content, research, market maps and related online services. No physical goods are sold or shipped, so physical shipping charges do not apply.

How services are delivered

After successful payment, the customer is directed to provide the information required for the selected service. FluidRWA may also contact the customer by email for verification, clarification, assets or onboarding information.

Vendor membership activation is subject to review. The expected review and onboarding period is generally 3 to 10 business days after FluidRWA receives complete information and required assets. Editorial, research, campaign and co-marketing timelines are agreed separately based on scope and scheduling.

Delivery confirmation

Digital delivery may be confirmed by email, publication of a profile or article, activation of membership benefits, delivery of a digital file, or completion of the agreed online service.

Delays

Incomplete information, missing assets, verification requirements, customer-requested changes or third-party platform dependencies may extend delivery timelines. For support, email contact@fluidrwa.com.
