Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refund requests

Refund or cancellation requests for paid FluidRWA vendor memberships and other digital services must be emailed to contact@fluidrwa.com within 3 calendar days of payment.

After 3 calendar days, payments are non-refundable. A refund is also unavailable once FluidRWA has started review, onboarding, profile setup, publication, featured placement, editorial work, campaign work or another purchased deliverable.

Membership cancellation

You may request cancellation of future membership renewals by emailing contact@fluidrwa.com before the next billing date. Cancellation stops future renewal and does not create a prorated refund for the current billing period.

Approval and delivery

Payment does not guarantee vendor approval, inclusion, ranking, endorsement or lead volume. FluidRWA may reject or remove a listing that does not meet its review standards. If FluidRWA declines a paid application before work begins, the applicable payment will be refunded.

Processing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Payment gateway and bank processing times may apply after FluidRWA approves the request.
